I. TNVRC has developed a training manual for Panchayat Level Federation Office Bearers on

b. Governance
II. HIV/AIDS Awareness training to SHG members in Tamilnadu – II Phase 5 districts. It is scheduled to commence end of October/early November 2007.

nature. While NGOs and other development organizations do it as a mission,

TNVRC in partnership with TNCDW and sponsored by TANSACS has covered 51,484 SHGs comprising 8,23,744 women in 7 districts with training in
HIV/AIDS awareness.

Our focus on capacity building remains strong as ever. Currently we are concentrating
on building capacities of Community Based Organisations.
